Sherry Ailor

coaches-sherry Sherry Ailor’s diverse career in the fashion industry includes roles as buyer, clothing designer, retail manager and trainer, stylist, make-up artist, personal shopper and more. Ms. Ailor holds a B.A. degree in Fashion Merchandising from Tennessee Technology University and is a Certified Image and Fashion Consultant and a Certified Protocol Consultant. Ailor is also a member of the Association of Image Consultants International.

Sherry coaches on-air television personalities, corporate executives and sales people to models, moms and dads. Whether it is creating your own personal brand or ensuring that the brand of your company is well represented by your employees, Sherry’s experience and Focus Image Coaching’s robust client list speak for themselves.

Susan Elder

coaches-susan Susan brings a strong broadcast media background to Focus Image Coaching. Her background in television, public relations and sales offer Focus clients an edge when perfecting communication and interpersonal skills. Susan has assisted with fitting and styling clients as well as managing full scale photo and television production shoots.


  


Michelle Hodak

coaches-michelle Michelle is a graduate of the prestigious Stephens College school of Fashion Marketing and Management in Columbia, MO. She has designed and helped style fashion shows including a Bacardi fashion show promoting their new flavors. While working with Focus Image Coaching, Michelle has worked with corporate and individual clients offering an array of services including personal shopping, wardrobe analysis and building and selecting clothing designer trunk shows. Michelle's extensive international travels contribute to her fashion savvy and influence. She is a member of the Innovative Fashion Association and has served as an international human rights volunteer.
